Inquiries: [email protected]
We reply within two business days.
1. Connecting a Cloudflare Account
- Cloudflare account sign-in (recommended)
Sign in to Cloudflare in your browser and approve the permissions, and you will be returned to the app automatically.
No separate token issuance procedure is required. - API token
The app provides a token creation page on which the required permissions are specified in advance.
Enter the issued token to complete the connection. - Email + Global API Key
Please use this method only where the two methods above are unavailable.
It is not recommended because it grants permissions over the entire account.
On an account where the account administrator has restricted connections by third-party applications, the Cloudflare account sign-in method does not work.
In that case, please use the API token method.
2. Sign-in Problems
- Where the browser does not return to the app
Please retry with Open browser again on the sign-in screen.
If the problem persists, quit the app completely and launch it again. - Where a notice of an inactive token is displayed
The token has expired or has been disabled on the Cloudflare side.
Please issue a new token and enter it again. - Where errors recur
Please check the network status.
Where access to api.cloudflare.com or dash.cloudflare.com is blocked on a corporate network or in a VPN environment, no connection can be established.
3. When Resources Are Not Displayed
The app displays only the materials within the scope permitted to the connected credentials.
Where a list is empty or an error occurs on a particular screen, please check the permission settings.
- When using Cloudflare account sign-in
Please check the scope of the permissions approved on the consent screen.
Signing in again allows the permissions to be granted anew. - When using an API token
Please check whether the token includes read permission for the resource concerned. - When holding multiple accounts
You can switch accounts by selecting the account name at the top of the home screen.
4. Loss of the App Lock Passcode
Selecting Forgot your passcode? Sign out at the bottom of the lock screen twice releases the lock.
In this case the sign-in information stored on the device is deleted as well, so the account must be connected again.
No function for recovering a lost passcode is provided.
- The app lock is set with a 6-digit passcode under More > App Lock, and the passcode can also be changed on the same screen.
- Biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint) is supported only on iOS and Android.
- Sign-in information is kept only in the iOS Keychain and in Android encrypted storage, and is not transmitted to the Operator's servers.
5. Disconnecting and Deleting Data
- Running More > Sign out deletes the sign-in information and the lock settings stored on the device.
The same applies where the app is deleted. - Even after signing out, the connection permission held on the Cloudflare side remains.
Where Cloudflare account sign-in was used, please revoke FlarePilot's access permission under My Profile > Access Management > Connected Applications in the Cloudflare dashboard. - An API token issued by the user can be revoked under My Profile > API Tokens in the Cloudflare dashboard.
- The transmission of usage statistics can be stopped under More > Send Usage Statistics.
Even where it is stopped, all functions remain available without restriction.
6. Information to Include in an Inquiry
- Device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26.1)
- App version (available under More > App Info)
- The screen on which the problem occurred and the steps to reproduce it
Failures of the Cloudflare service itself and matters relating to fees do not fall within the scope of what the Operator handles.
Please use the Cloudflare status page and Cloudflare support.
